In June last year, TV design presenter and esteemed architect George Clarke invited Command+i to consult on one of his latest projects in the Lake District. For his 10th anniversary special episode of George Clarke's Amazing Spaces, George required his caravan's exterior to be clad in colours that 'worked in harmony with the surrounding nature'.
We were delighted to assist George in travelling to Coniston Water, collecting some evocative and representative photographs, and then producing a colour combination that he could take forward into his physical design with confidence.

The rich deciduous flora of Consiton pairs harmoniously with the subtle murky blues of the water and golden grass. This balanced and calming combination can be found in all aspects of George Clarke's caravan design, from the dual-toned exterior to the finishes on the taps and handles.
